I whacked my head against the wall
Blood gushes out, my brains they fall
My blood and brains are soiled and spilled
But never a single word ever dripped
I searched high and low to hither and yonder
Sought from within and without for that one answer
I turned the lexicon upside and down under
But they stood bare and stale devoid of meaning and matter
Oh how cruel can you be,
For casting this wicked spell on me?!
For suffering a silent awe
Immobile body and a dropped jaw?
Your beauty it sucked the breath out of me
Now I’m a lifeless prince in front of his princess’ majesty
Come my lady, set my tongue free and touch my face
And drown me with your kisses and your sweet embrace!
